Oh Rachel, you would love these guys! I know you're in retail now, and I can tell you I've been wearing them non-stop since they came in last week and my feet are sooooo happy! They are $145, and I think a size 8 would be best for you. I bought a 9 and I usually wear a 10, so if you're 8.5-9, I think an 8 would be perfect.
